As the weather warms up for Spring, I’ve started incorporating lighter jackets to transition over. Blazers have sort of been this classic chic piece that lives in everyone’s closet. It doesn’t make an appearance all of the time, but like everything else, there is a time and place for everything. I’ve had this Zara blazer for quite some time now which was originally purchased for work, but since I’ve shifted from the corporate world, it’s no longer a piece that is on weekly rotation. Although I gravitate towards a more feminine style, my heart does have a place for borrowed menswear. I was inspired by a model off-duty look and decided to go for something more laid back with the slightly oversized boyfriend blazer, but still keeping the overall look polished by pairing it with a lace camisole underneath.

Instead of wearing a traditional necklace, I showed off my neckline with a sapphire choker from Mejuri which released this week. You can take $20 off your purchase with code ALLURE
